Instructional Design

Max has held instructional design positions for several courses and projects. Max collaborates with interdisciplinary stakeholders to systematically conduct analysis, design, development, implementation, and evaluation phases to create effective learning experiences for post-secondary learners in the online environment. Max has experience applying all phases of the instructional design process, employing established design models/frameworks, and using theory-based approaches that lead to the development of multimedia instructional experiences with aligned objectives, activities, and assessments.
